Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and booking a service with Vancouver Appliance Service Pros Inc., or engaging with our communication channels including but not limited to text messages, emails, live chat, website forms, social media, or otherwise, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations of British Columbia. You also agree to be responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review and familiarize themselves with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy detailing the collection of information, what we do with this information, and your choices to opt out – before or while scheduling a repair appointment. This ensures our authorized technicians can commence the requested services.
Warranty & Refund Policy
All services and parts provided are considered “as is” and final. We do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the effectiveness, outcomes, or results of the services provided by our technicians.
Refunds for parts and services will not be issued once the part has been ordered, even if it has not been installed. Our diagnostic and repair labor fee is non-refundable.
Indemnification & Liability Disclaimer
Any damages arising from the repairs performed by our technicians must be reported to us no later than 24 hours after the completion of a repair.
By booking an appointment with our company, you agree not to hold Vancouver Appliance Service Pros Inc. or our technicians liable for any damages or losses to your property or appliances during service.
Parts & Labor Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty on parts and labor performed by our technicians, applicable only in cases of defects or professional mistakes during the service. However, if the customer does not follow technician instructions regarding appliance maintenance (e.g., failure to clean ducts), additional charges may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled within 1 working day of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling and cancellations are the customer’s responsibility.
Invoicing & Payment Policy
Payment for services and parts must be made in full before the technician arrives unless other arrangements are made in advance. If additional labor is required for accessibility, the customer agrees to pay the quoted rates. Payment is due at the time of service.
Call Recording & Storage of Personal Information
By booking an appointment, you consent to the retention of your personal information for reporting, marketing, and service purposes for a minimum of 3 years. To remove your personal information, contact [email protected].
Waiver of Liability
Water Bearing Appliances: There is an inherent risk of water leakage during repairs to plumbing-related appliances. You agree to hold Vancouver Appliance Service Pros Inc. harmless from any damages resulting from such incidents, except in cases of gross negligence by our technicians.
Refrigeration Appliances: We do not accept liability for damage or spoilage of food due to issues arising during refrigeration appliance repairs. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Glass Cooktops: The customer understands that repairing glass cooktops carries a risk of breakage. By allowing the technician to proceed, you waive any claims for damages.
