Also inspected the condenser coils while we had access, which were overdue for a cleaning. Total time on-site was about 90 minutes.

The Outcome: The fridge was back at 4°C within four hours of the repair. The homeowner had been worried they’d need to replace a $3,500 refrigerator over what turned out to be a single fan motor. All parts and labour covered under our warranty.
