Our office is at #106-3030 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6H 2K9, a few blocks south of Vancouver General Hospital, and we have worked out of that address since 2012. Appliance repair is mobile work, so nearly all of it happens at your place rather than ours - you call 604-265-3852 or book online, and we bring the tools, the test gear and the common parts to you.

Our dispatch line is open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week, weekends included. Inside those hours you reach a person who can book the visit, explain the pricing or tell you where your technician is. The parts and warranty desk, the management team and billing all run 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays; outside those hours email is the fastest route, and anything that arrives overnight is answered first thing in the morning.

We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our technicians are Red Seal certified appliance service technicians (ITA# K42107427) and we hold a Technical Safety BC gas and ODP licence (BC30591) - the licence that legally allows us to work on gas ranges, cooktops and dryers, and to recover and handle refrigerant on sealed system repairs. We are also a registered warranty repairer for Electrolux, Frigidaire, Bosch, Danby, Beko, Blomberg, Fulgor Milano, SHARP, Gaggenau and Thermador.

We cover Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland: Vancouver, North and West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Surrey, Delta, White Rock, Langley, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Two things make the first call much shorter: the appliance’s model number and a clear description of what it is doing. The model plate is usually inside the fridge door frame, under the lid or inside the door on a washer, on the oven door frame or storage drawer, and on the underside of a range hood - a photo of it is perfect.

• Make, model and, if it is on the plate, the serial number
• What the appliance is doing, and when it started
• Any error code showing on the display
• Whether it is still under a manufacturer warranty - we are an authorized repairer for several brands and can often handle the claim directly
• Your address and a couple of time windows that suit you

The pricing is the same however you reach us: a $100 diagnostic that goes toward your repair labour, repair labour averaging $225-$300 depending on the appliance and the complexity of the fault, parts quoted before we order them, and a six-month warranty on parts and labour.
