How Our Repair Process Works
Step 1: Book Your Appointment
Call us at (604) 265-3852 or use our online booking form. Describe the appliance and issue and we’ll get you a same-day service window or a next-day time slot – available 7 days a week from West Vancouver to Chilliwack.
Step 2: Diagnostic & Quote
Our skilled technicians arrive on time, inspects the appliance, and gives you a clear diagnosis of the appliance problems. We’ll order the parts we need directly from the manufacturer if we don’t have them on-site during the first visit. If you don’t proceed with repair, you only pay a $135 diagnostic fee.
Step 3: Repair Your Appliance
If you approve the repair, the service technician gets to work using genuine OEM replacement parts for quality repairs. Many repairs are completed in a single visit. The repair fee is $250 flat-rate plus the cost of parts – and your diagnostic fee is included.
Step 4: Warranty & Follow-Up
Every repair is backed by our 6-month warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same issue reoccurs within those 6 months, our expert appliance repair technicians come back at no extra charge. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Diagnostic & repair labour included. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you only pay the diagnostic fee. Our $250 flat-rate repair includes the diagnostic, labour, and installation of parts — the cost of parts is additional. All repairs come with a 6-month repair warranty. Rare specialty repairs like fridge sealed system work, washer transmission & tub jobs are priced separately as they are very specialized and highly technical jobs. Your technician will quote you on-site.
