Wolf is the cooking side of the Sub-Zero Group, based in Madison, Wisconsin. Their dual-stacked burner system puts 20,000 BTU searing heat and a 300 BTU simmer on the same burner. We see that setup in Vancouver kitchens from Kitsilano to downtown penthouses.
